How to Apply

Step 1: Determine your eligibility

Step 2: Submit a Letter of Inquiry (this is an online process only)

Our grant making process always begins with an online Letter of Inquiry (LOI). The process is the same for past grantees and new grant seekers. The LOI provides us with detailed information about your organization, program, and overall alignment with our goals. There are no deadlines for LOIs. We respond to all LOIs within 60 days.

Step 3: Submit a proposal (by invitation only)

Following review of your LOI, we will contact you if you have been selected to submit an application.

Step 4: Application review and response

The entire process from proposal application to Board decision generally takes from 3 to 6 months.

Grant reporting requirements are determined by grant amount and project specifications. Requirements will be outlined in award notification letters.
